On Tuesday, February 3, 2009, at 3:43 p.m, three armed suspects entered Phuc Thanh Jewelry Store at 6665 Stockton Blvd. The armed robbers broke glass display cases and stole gold bracelets and necklaces with an approximate value of over $200,000.
The suspect’s faces were not seen so the race of the suspects were described as either male Blacks or male Asians, between 5’8-6’0, hooded sweat shirts, jeans, and possibly driving a mid 90’s champagne colored or gray Acura Integra 2-door, lowered with modified exhaust.
The Sacramento Police Department is hoping the release of the surveillance video will help to identify a female victim/witness that entered the store prior to the suspects entering. The female left the scene prior to the officer’s arrival. Detectives are also asking the community to be on the look out for anyone selling or in possession of any large amount of gold jewelry.
The Sacramento Police Department urges anyone with information pertaining to this crime to contact Crime Alert at (916) 443-HELP or (800) AA-Crime. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward up to $1,000
