The Sacramento Police Department arrested 36-year-old Shane Wilson for two counts of kidnapping and rape.
Within the last year, Wilson, on at least two occasions, picked up a female adult on Stockton Boulevard. The female victims were taken to an industrial area and forcibly restrained. The victims were transported against their will to a residence where they were sexually assaulted. The victims were driven back to Stockton Boulevard and released.
Sexual Assault Detectives were able to obtain information which led to the identity of Shane Wilson as the subject who committed these crimes.
On Thursday, February 12, 2009, at approximately 5:00 p.m., Sacramento Police Detectives arrested Shane Wilson at his residence on the 5400 block of Shooting Star Road in Pollock Pines.
