On Sunday, March 22, 2009, the Sacramento Police Department will be recognized for it's participation in the U.S. Army PaYS program at the start of the Sacramento King's game.

The Army Partnership for Youth Success (PaYS) Program provides America's youth with an opportunity to serve their country while they prepare for their future.  The police department will connect Army personnel with police recruiters to prepare them for a career in law enforcement. The Sacramento Police Department is proud to be a partner with and assist the men and women of the U.S. Army.
