A fight involving numerous people in front of a convenience store ended with one person murdered and two suffering stab wounds.
On Friday, May 1, 2009, at 7:44 p.m., the Sacramento Police Department responded to 3311 Julliard Drive (Express Stop Liquors) on a large fight that was occurring in the parking lot. When officers arrived all the subjects involved had already left the scene.
At approximately 8:00 p.m., three males came into U.C. Davis Medical Center with possible stab wounds related to the fight at 3311 Julliard Drive. One of the males later died and the other two males are expected to recover from their injuries. All the subjects are male Hispanics in their 20's.
Homicide and Crime Scene Investigators responded to the scene. The investigation is ongoing and no suspect information is available at this time.
