On Wednesday, June 10, 2009, at 4:00 p.m., the suspect was a passenger on an RT bus that was traveling towards South Sacramento. The suspect stole the bus operator's backpack containing daily passes and miscellaneous personal property. The suspect is a Hispanic male in his 30's. He is 5'5", 150-160 pounds with black hair and a medium complexion. He was wearing a grey sweatshirt top and pants. The Sacramento Police Department urges anyone with information pertaining to this crime to contact Crime Alert at (916) 443-HELP or text in a tip to 274637 (CRIMES). Enter SACTIP followed by the tip information. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
