The Sacramento Police Department needs the community's help to locate a missing man.  Cheng Thao has been missing since Sunday from the area of Fairfield Street and Eleanor Avenue. 

On July 19, 2009, at 11:30 p.m., Cheng Thao walked out of his home with no shoes on and has not been seen since.  Thao may have been wearing a blue jacket and blue jeans. Thao suffers from memory loss and only speaks Hmong. 

In the past, Thao has been found on La Riviera Drive in Sacramento, in Roseville, and in Yuba City.
