The Sacramento Police Department is looking to identify a man who robbed a gas station.
On Sunday, July 5, 2009, at 8:56 p.m., the Shell Gas Station located at 5551 Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd, was robbed at knifepoint. The suspect entered the business and approached the clerk at the counter, making demands. The clerk complied and the suspect stole cash from the register.
The suspect is described as a Black or Hispanic male (or possibly bi-racial), 23-24 years old. He is 5'6" and 150 lbs. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a red shirt underneath and dark jeans. The jeans had a design on the right rear pocket. He was armed with a knife and fled the business on foot.
