The Sacramento Police Department has obtained an arrest warrant on 51-year-old Odis Williams for sexual acts that occurred from 2001-2009.  The victims of his assaults were two of his step daughters and one of their friends.

In July 2009, the Sacramento Police Department was notified by the victims that they had been sexually assaulted by Odis Williams since they were 8 and 9 years old.  The investigation showed that he also sexually assaulted a teenage friend of the victims.  The last incident of sexual assault occurred in early 2009. 

It is believed that Odis Williams is aware that he is wanted and is on the run.  Williams is described as a male Black, 6'2", 215 lbs, black hair, and dark eyes.  Williams is wanted for continuous sexual abuse of a child, oral copulation with a person under 18, and unlawful sexual intercourse with minor.
