The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying a female suspected of robbing two south area businesses.
On Friday, August 14, 2009, at 8:40 p.m., the suspect entered a yogurt shop (1300 block of Florin Road) and robbed an employee at gunpoint. After obtaining cash, she fled on foot.
On Monday, August 17, 2009, at 9:44 p.m., she entered an ice-cream shop (6300 block of Riverside Boulevard) and robbed an employee at gunpoint. After obtaining cash, she fled on foot.
In both incidents, the suspect was described as a female White adult, in her 20's. She was wearing a black or blue hooded sweatshirt and had her face covered with a blue and white bandana. See pictures below.
