The Sacramento Police Department is seeking the communities help in identifying a man responsible for a convenience store burglary.
On Saturday, July 11, 2009 at 0156 hours, the suspect used a rock to break the front window of the convenience store located at 402 12th St. He entered the store via the broken window and stole several packs of cigarettes. He is pictured below, fleeing the scene carrying the cigarettes. The suspect is believed to be a Black male in his 50's, with salt and pepper colored hair. He was wearing a white tank top with a dark short sleeve shirt and dark pants.
