The Sacramento Police Department is seeking the communities help in identifying a man responsible for a convenience store burglary.

On Saturday, July 11, 2009 at 0156 hours, the suspect used a rock to break the front window of the convenience store located at 402 12^th St.  He entered the store via the broken window and stole several packs of cigarettes.  He is pictured below, fleeing the scene carrying the cigarettes.  The suspect is believed to be a Black male in his 50's, with salt and pepper colored hair.  He was wearing a white tank top with a dark short sleeve shirt and dark pants.
