On October 26, 2009, at 1:30 p.m., the victim was approached by two suspects in the parking lot of the 1300 block of Florin Rd. Both suspects entered the victim's car and demanded, at gun point, to be taken to her bank. The victim complied and drove to her bank in the 900 block of Florin Rd. Suspect #1 stayed in the car and suspect #2 accompanied the victim to the ATM. The victim withdrew cash and gave it to the suspects. Suspect #2 is seen in the attached photographs. The suspects demanded the victim return them to their vehicle, an older model light blue Volvo sedan.
Suspect #1 is a male Hispanic 50-55 years old, 5'10", 200-250 pounds, large build, with grey hair and a dark complexion. He was wearing a green shirt, black jacket, and white pants. He was armed with a handgun and refers to himself as "Macario." Suspect #2 is a female Hispanic 40, 5'0", 120-140, thin build, black/reddish hair tied in a bun. She was wearing a burgundy blouse and black pants. She had a 1-inch scratch on the cheek and refers to herself as "Victoria."
