On October 24, 2009, at 1:01 a.m., the Sacramento Police Department responded to the area of Stoner Way and Sabo Drive, regarding a report of shots fired. 

According to witnesses, the suspect and several other individuals had been loitering in the area, when a vehicle passed by them.  The suspect pulled out a gun and shot at the passing vehicle.  The suspect, and three others, ran to a parked light colored sedan, and fled the area.  The Sacramento Police Department is looking to identify this vehicle and the occupants. 

The suspect is a male White or male Hispanic late teens or early twenties, with short dark hair.  He was wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans.
