The Sacramento Police Department is seeking the community's help to identify the person responsible for this bank robbery. Witnesses' description of the suspect varied; some thought the suspect was a man, others thought it was a woman.
On Tuesday, January 5, 2010, at 9:25 a.m., the suspect entered a bank in the 1300 block of Florin Road. The suspect approached the teller and demanded money. The suspect handed a white envelope to the teller, who put cash in it and handed it back to the suspect. The suspect fled the scene in a grey or silver Dodge Magnum.
The suspect is either a female Black adult or a male dressed as a female. The suspect is believed to be 40-50 years old, 6'1", 200-220 pounds with blond hair (or a blond wig), and a dark complexion. The suspect wore a black scarf over his/her head and face, a black jacket over a pink dress, and white tennis shoes.
