The Sacramento Police Department is investigating the late night homicide of a 33-year-old male in North Sacramento.
On March 20, 2010, at 11:51 p.m., officers responded to the 600 block of Lindsay Avenue on a subject who had been shot. Officer arrived finding a 33-year-old male Black who appeared to have been shot in his home. The Sacramento Fire Department declared the victim deceased at the scene.
Homicide detectives and Crime Scene Investigators responded to the scene. Based on the preliminary investigation, detectives believe the victim got into an argument with two subjects which escalated when the victim was shot. The suspects are described as male Blacks, in their 20's, and wearing dark clothing.
