Police Looking for Missing Man

The Sacramento Police is seeking the community's help to locate a 97-year-old missing man. 

On April 9, 2010, at approximately 10:00 a.m., Neng Vang left his home in the 6800 block of Carnation Avenue and has not returned.

Neng Vang is a 97-year-old Asian man.  Vang is 5'2" in height and 140 pounds.  He was last seen wearing a blue jacket, black slacks, red shoes and may be riding a black bicycle. Vang only speaks Hmong and suffers from dementia.  Vang has been reported missing in the past and was located in the areas of El Dorado Hills, Folsom, and Madison Avenue.
