The Sacramento Police Department is asking for help locating a missing 84-year-old woman.

On May 2, 2010, at approximately noon, Connie Howell walked away from her home in the 1500 block of Rodeo Way, and has not returned.

Connie Howell is an 84-year-old Asian female who suffers from dementia.  Howell is 5'1" in height and weighs 92 pounds.  She has grey hair, brown eyes, and was last seen wearing a purple sweatshirt, black sweatpants, black tennis shoes, and carrying a black purse.  Howell used to live in El Dorado Hills and has previously tried to return to her vacant house.  She has a history of riding light rail and was located last week in Folsom, Ca.
