The Sacramento Police Department is seeking the community's help to identify a bank robber.
On Saturday, March 13, 2010 at 1:30 p.m., the suspect entered the bank in the 4700 block of Freeport Blvd. He presented the teller with a demand note and fled the bank on foot with the cash.
The suspect is described as a male Black adult, 30-40 years old. He is 5'6" to 5'9" with a medium build. He possibly had black dreadlocks and an unkempt goatee. He was wearing a red baseball hat with the letters "GSB" on the front.
The Sacramento Police Department urges anyone with information pertaining to this crime to contact Crime Alert at (916) 443-HELP or text in a tip to 274637 (CRIMES). Enter SACTIP followed by the tip information. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
