The Sacramento Police Department is seeking the community's help in identifying a man wanted in connection with at least two recent bank robberies.
On June 11, 2010, the suspect entered the bank, located in the 1100 block of Alhambra Boulevard, approached a bank teller, and demanded money. The teller complied and handed over an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect then fled on foot.
On June 15, 2010, the suspect entered the bank, located in the 1300 block of Broadway, approached the teller, and demanded money. The teller complied and handed over an undisclosed amount of money. The suspect fled on foot.
Detectives believe the same suspect committed both bank robberies. The suspect was described as a male Black adult in his late 20's or early 30's. He is about 6' tall and weighs approximately 170 pounds. The suspect was captured on surveillance video during both robberies. Detectives are releasing the surveillance photos in hopes that someone will recognize the suspect and come forward with information needed to help identify him.
