The Sacramento Police Department has partnered up with the Target Corporation to bring holiday cheer for twenty two kids. 

On December 12, 2010, at 9 a.m., officers will be going with twenty two kids to Target located on 65^th Street/ 4^th Avenue for a holiday shopping spree.  Each child will be partnered up with an officer and a Target team member and given 100 dollars to spend to buy presents for themselves or others.  The twenty two children attending were selected based on recommendations from three area schools.

The Sacramento Police Department would like to thank Target Corporation for their continued partnerships and community service to the Sacramento area.  Target partners with law enforcement and criminal justice organizations throughout the nation through their "Target and Blue" program to build stronger, safer communities.
