The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the community's help in locating a missing man from the downtown area.

On Friday, December 24, 2010, at 5 p.m., Wai Ching was seen walking around the neighborhood near 18^th and S Street.  Ching has not been seen since that time.

Wai Ching is described as a male Asian, 80-years-old, gray hair, brown eyes, 5'4", 110 lbs, wearing a thin white jacket with light gray squares, a navy blue shirt, and blue jeans.  Ching has memory and vision problems.  The missing man does not speak English but can communicate in Cantonese.

Police have been searching for Ching without success thus far.  Ching may have a bus pass and is known to frequent local casinos.
