The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the community's help to identify a bank robber who was caught on surveillance cameras.
On February 9, 2011, at 10:13 a.m., the suspect entered a bank near Alhambra Boulevard and L Street. The suspect demanded money and fled after the teller complied. The suspect was seen getting into the passenger seat of a burgundy Buick sedan.
The bank's surveillance cameras were able to capture a clear photo of the suspect's face and police are hopeful that someone will recognize him and contact us with his identifying information.
The Sacramento Police Department urges anyone with information pertaining to this crime to contact Crime Alert at (916) 443-HELP or text in a tip to 274637 (CRIMES). Enter SACTIP followed by the tip information. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
