The Sacramento Police Department arrested 50-year-old Preston Lewis for lewd acts with minors. 

In September 2010, the Police Department was notified by the Sacramento City Unified School District on an employee who may have engaged in inappropriate conduct with a juvenile.   The Police Department began an investigation which resulted in Preston Lewis' arrest on April 11, 2011 for lewd acts with a minor. 

Based on the investigation, detectives believe Lewis committed sexual acts and/or had sexual conversations with the victims who were between the ages of 8-15. In one case, Lewis provided a cell phone and computer to the victim which was used to facilitate sexual conversations.
