The Sacramento Police Department is searching for two suspects wanted for the murder of 19-year-old Francisco Flores.
On April 14, 2011, at 4:45 p.m., officers responded to a shooting near Northgate Boulevard and San Juan Road. Officers arrived and found 19-year-old Francisco Flores deceased and a 20-year-old with non-life threatening gunshot wounds.
Homicide detectives and Crime Scene Investigators responded to the scene. Based on information developed, detectives believe the victims were sitting in their parked car when they exchanged some words with the suspects that arrived in a light blue truck. Detectives believe the suspects were 25-year-old Vincent Rivera and 19-year-old Fred Huante. At one point during the conversation, one of the suspects shot the victims.
Vincent Rivera is described as a male Black, 25-years-old, 6'4", 240 lbs, short shaved black hair, and brown eyes. Fred Huante is described as a male White, 19-years-old, 5'8", 120 lbs, short shaved brown hair, and green eyes.
