The 2011 Fitness Boot Camp was a six-week long program in which SAC PAL kids attended two days per week, three hours a day. The program focused on physical fitness as well as developing the "PAL Pillars of Character" which included self esteem, honesty, integrity, fairness and justice. The kids participated in a variety of athletic games, drills, and ceremony practice. The camp instructors consisted of Sacramento police officers and physical fitness trainers who volunteered their time for this program.
The Sacramento Police Activities League is a community-based program providing healthy activities for kids, building self-esteem and promoting teamwork with police officers. SAC PAL offers educational and enrichment programs for local youths.
Please join the SAC PAL kids as they receive various awards for their achievements and participation in our Fitness Boot Camp.
