On September 6, 2011, at 3:31 p.m. officers responded to a call regarding a male subject walking down the street breaking windows with a baseball bat. The first responding officer located the subject on 24th Street and Barnett Avenue. The officer immediately directed the subject to drop the bat on the ground however he refused to acknowledge the officer and continued to walk northbound on 24th Street towards Broadway.
