The Sacramento Police Department is investigating the suspicious death of a male.

On September 14, 2011 at 7:09 a.m., officers responded to the 3600 block of Marysville Boulevard on a deceased male. Officers arrived and located the deceased victim, a male White in his 50's, with upper body trauma.

The Sacramento Police Department's Homicide Detectives and Crime Scene Investigations Unit responded to the scene.  At this time, detectives are actively investigating the circumstances that led to the man's death. His identity is not being released pending notification of next of kin.
