On October 20, 2011, The Sacramento Police Department arrested 21-year-old Amoura Dawson for the murder of Audie Hogue.  Dawson had a recent address in North Sacramento.

 On September 14, 2011 at 7:09 a.m., officers responded to the 3600 block of Marysville Boulevard regarding a deceased male.  Officers arrived on scene and located Hogue in the parking lot of an abandoned car wash.  Hogue sustained upper body trauma.  It is believed that an argument between Hogue and Dawson escalated to a physical confrontation.  Detectives are still seeking persons with information related to this murder.
