The Sacramento Police Department continues to search for missing 17-year-old, Sergio Jimenez.
On Wednesday, November 2, 2011 at 7:39 p.m. officers responded to Jimenez' home when his family reported him missing. Jimenez had not been seen since 3:00 p.m., while attending school, in the 3700 block of Del Paso Road. Officers searched the surrounding area and a report was filed.
On Thursday, November 3, 2011, when the teen was still missing, the local media were notified and a picture was broadcast to aid in the search.
Jimenez is still missing and we are seeking the communities help. Several tips have been received and followed up on. Officers have contacted friends and family members in the Sacramento area and in other parts of California. However, Jimenez remains missing.

Enter SACTIP followed by the tip information. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
