The Sacramento Police Department is investigating reports of a man exposing himself to women in East Sacramento.
On Friday, February 24, at 5:55 a.m., in the area of 32nd Street and Folsom Boulevard, a woman was jogging when she was confronted by a male, Black, wearing only a long shirt. The suspect lifted his shirt exposing his genitals.
On Monday, February 27, at 7:45 a.m., near 38th Street and H Street a victim was stopped at an intersection while driving her vehicle. After the suspect crossed the street in front of her, he turned and lifted up his shirt and exposed his genitals. The suspect was only wearing a shirt.
On Tuesday, February 28, at 6:25 a.m., a female victim was in her vehicle waiting for the suspect to walk by at the intersection of 55th Street and F Street. Instead of crossing, the suspect stopped in front of her vehicle, lifted up his shirt and exposed his genitals. He was wearing a long shirt, but was nude from the waist down.
The suspect is described as a male, Black, 35-45 years-old, 6', 200-250 pounds, medium completion, wearing a black polo shirt.The Sacramento Police Department is looking for additional victims and urges anyone with information pertaining to this crime to contact the dispatch center at (916) 264-5471 or Crime Alert at (916) 443-HELP (4357) or text in a tip to 274637 (CRIMES). Enter SACTIP followed by the tip information. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
