The Sacramento Police Department needs your help in locating a vehicle responsible for a hit and run. 

On March 15, 2012, at 11:12 pm, at the intersection of 20^th and K Street, the victim was crossing the street when a dark-colored, 4-door sedan struck him, resulting in major injuries.  The vehicle was further described as possibly a Honda or Jetta with a partial license plate of 5VPO.  The car may have sustained front end damage to the grill, hood, or windshield as a result of the collision. 

The vehicle was initially traveling westbound K Street prior to striking the victim and was last seen fleeing the area southbound 19^th Street.
