The Sacramento Police Department has arrested 39-year-old Brian Keith London for the 2003 murder of Chateamer Hornes.
On Tuesday, September 2, 2003 at approximately 10:54 p.m., police received a 911 call regarding a shooting that occurred in the 7500 block of Eddlee Way. Officers arrived on scene and discovered Hornes lying on the front lawn of a home. Hornes sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was later pronounced deceased at an area hospital.
After conducting a preliminary investigation, detectives discovered there was a confrontation between the victim and the suspect that quickly led to gunfire.
Today, July 26, 2012, an arrest warrant was issued for Brian Keith London for his role in the murder of Chateamer Hornes. London was taken into custody by members of the SWAT team at police headquarters and later booked into the Sacramento County Jail.
