The Sacramento Police Department is proud to announce that two of our civilian employees, Information Technology Supervisor Demetri Ojeda and Senior Applications Developer Roussel Narvaez, proudly took second place in the inaugural 2012 Versaterm Public Safety Innovation Award. 

In an ongoing effort to utilize technology in order to maximize efficiency, while also providing an enhanced service level to the City of Sacramento, the Sacramento Police Department is proud to recognize Demetri Ojeda and Roussel Narvaez for their commendable achievement.  Their efforts have resulted in the identification of prohibited individuals who have purchased ammunition illegally, thereby making the City of Sacramento a safer place.
