On Monday, October 22, 2012, at approximately 4:43 p.m., police were dispatched to a home in the 100 block of Emerald Creek Court on a welfare check for a subject reported to have been killed.  Officers arrived on scene, checked the interior of the home and found the dead male subject. 

Officers were tipped off to the Emerald Creek Court address by a woman that reported knowledge of the deceased person. That woman was found to live at the address where the body was discovered.

The woman is being questioned and investigators are actively working the case.  Motive for this crime has not yet been determined.  This does not appear to be a random act. No further information is available.
