On Thursday, May 23, 2013, at 11:30 a.m., the Sacramento Police Foundation presented the Sacramento Police Department's 2013 Commendation Awards Luncheon and Ceremony at the Hilton Sacramento Arden West at 2200 Harvard Street. This year 27 recipients were honored.

The individuals who received awards were either directly responsible for the saving of a human life, for the performance of emergency medical aid to prolong a human life, or have performed effective, efficient, and valuable service to the Sacramento Police Department.

The Sacramento Police Department is proud to recognize its employees and community members who have gone above and beyond their duties in serving our community.
