The Sacramento Police Department would like to identify and speak with a person of interest. The attached photo is of a subject who was seen in the area at the time of the following incident:
On Tuesday, June 4, 2013, at 8:17 a.m., a male subject reportedly approached a female in the 100 block of Northlite Circle and exposed himself to her. The woman was standing in the front yard of a residence when the suspect attempted to engage in conversation with her, just prior to the indecent exposure. After the incident the victim immediately went inside and called the police.
The suspect was described by the victim as a male Hispanic in his late teens-early twenties, approximately 5 feet 8 inches tall, clean shaven with short hair. He was also observed riding a gray and black bicycle.
Detectives believe this incident may be related to other similar cases that have occurred in the area. Since October of 2011, there have been multiple similar reports. The suspect usually approaches the victim and in some instances attempts to make small talk prior to exposing himself. Please see the below links to additional possible related occurrences:
