The Sacramento Police Department could use your help in locating a missing person who was last seen in the area of South Avenue and Dayton Street around 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, November 23, 2013.  William Howe is 68-years-old and has advanced dementia.

Howe is a white male, 5'10", 150 pounds, hazel eyes, and has long gray hair pulled back in a ponytail.  He was last seen wearing a blue/gray pendleton, green pants and wears eye glasses.  Howe has no trouble communicating and the family is concerned for his welfare. 

Howe has left in the past, hitch hiked and was found in Las Vegas, NV.  Please help us locate William.
