The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the community's help in locating missing 80-year-old Mikhail Shambra.

Mikhail was last seen Tuesday, December 31, 2013, in the early morning hours when he walked away from his apartment complex in the 4000 block of Taylor Street in Sacramento. The missing person reportedly only speaks Russian. 

Mikhail has been listed as an at-risk missing person due to being diagnosed with dementia and may become easily confused.       

Mikhail was last seen wearing a grey sweater, black sweatpants and green shoes.  Mikhail, pictured below, is a male White, 5 feet 3 inches tall and approximately 198 pounds.  

The Sacramento Police Department urges anyone with information pertaining to the missing person’s whereabouts to contact the dispatch center at (916) 264-5471.
