The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying two robbery suspects.
On Friday, March 14, 2014, at approximately 1:25 p.m., officers responded to a report of an armed robbery to a pharmacy located in the 3700 block of J Street.
The two suspects (pictured below) entered the business and one of them displayed a handgun, while the second suspect took prescription medications from the pharmacy.
The armed suspect was described as a male White or Hispanic adult with a medium build. The gunman was wearing light colored cargo shorts, a tan sweatshirt and a baseball hat. The second suspect is believed to be a male White or Hispanic adult with a large build and had his face covered during the robbery. The second suspect was wearing grey sweatpants and a light colored jacket.
The two suspects are believed to have fled the pharmacy to a waiting vehicle described as newer silver in color Ford Fusion. This robbery may be related to a similar incident that occurred on Tuesday, January 14, 2014, in the 7600 block of Hospital Drive (see press release 20140116-008).
