The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying a sex assault suspect.
On Saturday, March 29, 2014, at approximately 11:00 p.m., the adult victim was walking on Bicentennial Circle towards Folsom Boulevard when she was approached by an unknown male suspect. The suspect reportedly grabbed the victim and forced her just off the roadway where he sexually assaulted her.
The suspect was described as being a white male adult in his 20s to 30s with “stylishly messy” dark hair. The below composite sketch of the suspect’s forearms is being released. Detectives hope that someone will recognize the unique tattoos and come forward with information needed to identify the suspect.
