On Tuesday, November 4, 2014, at approximately 3:38 a.m., Sacramento Police Officers responded to a residence in the 100 block of Saginaw Circle regarding a report of a disturbance and gunshots fired at the location.

Upon arrival, officers located an adult male, 40s, inside of the residence who appeared to have sustained multiple gunshot wounds and was pronounced deceased.  Homicide detectives responded to the scene and determined that the suspect, an adult male, 30s, was known to the victim and had fled the scene after a possible altercation.
