The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying a bank robbery suspect.
On Tuesday, December 30, 2014, at approximately 12:36 p.m., an armed man entered the CitiBank located at 7231 Greenhaven Drive. The adult male, in his late teens to early 20s, approached multiple tellers asking for money. The suspect brandished a handgun while taking cash from the tellers, before fleeing to an awaiting vehicle.
The suspect was further described to be a black male, approximately 5’9” to 6’4” tall with a thin build, wearing a tan or gray “Polo” hooded sweatshirt and a black mask.
The surveillance photos below are being released in hopes someone will recognize the suspect. Fortunately, no one was injured during the robbery.
