The Sacramento Police Department is asking assistance from the community in locating missing 75-year-old Jinxian Xiong.

Jinxian was last seen on Saturday, September 26, 2015, near the 500 block of Capitol Mall in Sacramento at 8:30 p.m..  He is described as an Asian male, 5 feet 7 inches, medium build with brown eyes and black hair.  Jinxian (pictured below) was last seen wearing a blue t-shirt with black pants walking with a cane.

There does not appear to be any foul play surrounding Jinxian’s disappearance, but he is considered at-risk due to a medical condition.
