The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying two suspects involved in fraudulent credit card transactions.
Beginning Thursday, November 5, 2015 two suspects are believed to be involved in several fraudulent ATM transactions within the City of Sacramento. These suspects have been captured on video using fraudulent credit/debit cards at ATMs and gas stations in the Sacramento, Elk Grove and Stockton regions. Typically they use the ATMs late at night and into the early morning hours; often between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m.
Suspect #1 (pictured below) is described as a white male, mid to late 20s, with dark hair, light colored eyes and a beard. He is approximately 6 feet tall and 210 pounds. He has been seen wearing a baggy hooded sweatshirt with the number 23 on it.
Suspect #2 (pictured below) is described as white or Hispanic, or Caucasian/African-American male adult in his mid-20s to early 30s. He is described as having dark hair; short on the sides and in back, longer and curly on top with a medium complexion and dark eyes. He is approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall and 160 pounds. This suspect has been seen wearing a dark-colored, hooded sweatshirt and baggy pants. He has recently been seen in a beige, fitted winter coat with a fur-lined hood and sunglasses.
