The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying the person responsible for a robbery that occurred at the Chevron Gas Station located at 2400 Fruitridge Road.
On January 16, 2016, at approximately 7:45 p.m., the suspect (pictured below) entered the business, displayed a firearm and demanded money. The man also pointed the gun at a citizen who threw a case of beer at the suspect, causing him to flee.
The suspect was described as a Black male adult in his 30’s. He is approximately 5’8”-5’9” tall and weighs about 200 pounds. At the time of the robbery, the suspect was wearing a blue hooded sweatshirt and black jeans. The firearm used by the suspect was described as a long gun.
