The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the community’s help in identifying the suspect responsible for committing multiple commercial burglaries in Sacramento during 2015 and 2016.
Between Sunday, March 3, 2015, and Wednesday, April 13, 2016, the suspect (pictured below) has targeted several restaurants in a burglary series occurring in the City of Sacramento. Many of these cases involve the theft of seafood and money from Asian restaurants. It is believed the suspect may also be responsible for other burglaries throughout the region.
Video surveillance obtained by police depicts what appears to be the same suspect involved in each of the burglaries.
The suspect is described as a male Asian adult, approximately 30 to 50 years old, approximately 5’6” tall and weighing 140-160 pounds. The man was most recently observed wearing a dark-colored jacket and jeans. During previous incidents, he is frequently observed wearing a baseball cap.
The Sacramento Police Department encourages anyone with information about these crimes to contact the dispatch center at (916) 264-5471 or Crime Alert at (916) 443-HELP (4357) or submit an anonymous tip using the free “P3 Tips” smartphone app. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
