The Sacramento Police Department is asking for the community’s help in locating a robbery suspect.
On Thursday, August 11, 2016, at 12:30 a.m., a male suspect entered AM/PM (2225 16th Street) armed with a shotgun. The suspect removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the register and fled on foot.
The suspect was described as a white or Hispanic male, five feet eight inches (5’8”) tall and approximately one hundred and eighty pounds. He was last seen wearing a black, Cincinnati Reds baseball hat, a red long-sleeved shirt, khaki-style cargo shorts and black and white shoes. He was wearing a black backpack and possibly has a tattoo around his left wrist.
The Sacramento Police Department encourages any witnesses with information regarding this robbery incident to contact the dispatch center at (916) 264-5471 or Crime Alert at (916) 443-HELP (4357) or submit an anonymous tip using the free “P3 Tips” smartphone app. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a reward of up to $1,000.
