On Tuesday, November 8, 2016, at 10:41 p.m., the Sacramento Police Department responded to the 5700 block of Kandinsky Way regarding the report of a shooting.
Upon arrival, officers located an unresponsive male victim in the garage of the residence. Officers immediately rendered medical aid to the victim. Personnel from the Sacramento Fire Department responded to the scene and pronounced the victim deceased. The identity of the victim will be released by the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office.
Homicide detectives and Crime Scene Investigators were summoned to the scene to begin canvassing the area for evidence and contacting any potential witnesses.
A specific motive has not been determined and the case remains active. No arrests have been made. Investigators are asking for the community’s help in providing any information regarding this homicide.
