The Sacramento Police Department is proud to announce the graduation of Academy Class 2016 BR-2.

The graduating class consists of 33 recruits, 24 of which will be sworn in as Sacramento Police Officers.  The remaining recruits will begin their career working for outside agencies throughout the region. 

The Sacramento Police Department strives to increase diversity within our agency.  We are dedicated in continuing our efforts in having a police force that reflects the community we serve.  Our high standards will always remain the same to ensure we have a team of men and women representing our department who are professional, dedicated and courageous.       

On behalf of the Sacramento Police Department, you are cordially invited to join us tonight in congratulating this class at their graduation ceremony.  The graduation will be held tonight at the Memorial Auditorium, 1400 J Street and will begin at 6:00 p.m.
