On Friday, September 2, 2016, detectives from the Sacramento Police Department investigated a fatal hit and run collision on the 7200 block of Gloria Drive.

Through a scientific evaluation of the physical evidence located at the scene of the collision, investigators have been able to identify the type of vehicle which was likely involved. Detectives believe the hit and run vehicle is a late 2000s Infiniti or Nissan. The vehicle was initially described as a silver-colored sedan that may have damage to the driver’s side.
Although the investigation up to this point has not yet resulted in an arrest, detectives are hopeful that someone in the community may still hold the key to being able to solve this crime.
