On Friday, May 26, 2017, at approximately 10:47 a.m., officers from the Sacramento Police Department were called to the 5200 block of Mack Road regarding reports of a stabbing.
Upon arrival, officers located two adult victims who had both suffered non-life threatening injuries and were transported to the hospital. Additional officers checked the residence and located an additional male subject inside of the residence with life-threatening injuries. Fire personnel responded to the scene and declared the male deceased.
The identity of the deceased male will be released by the Sacramento County Coroner’s Office.
Homicide Detectives and Crime Scene Investigators have responded to the scene to canvass the area for any potential evidence or witnesses. Investigators believe this is an isolated incident and do not believe there are any outstanding suspects.
